    The site plan consists of 62 Sites (min. 55WFt. x 60DFt.) two recreational areas, and a 4,800 sq.ft recreation center (incls. an office, kitchen, outdoor pool, fitness, hobby and theatre rooms). The site will be completely enclosed within a landscaped berm. Model home from General Coach and Northlander are on-site and located on lots 30 and 31. We are currently taking deposit for Units in Phase Iand Phase II with the anticipated occupancy for Phase I being Late summer '08.
