    Our site plan consists of 62 Muncipal Grade Serviced Sites (min. 55 Feet Wide x 60 Feet Wide) two recreational areas, and a 5,000 sq.ft recreation center (which includes an office, kitchen, outdoor pool, fitness, hobby and theatre rooms), Seperate Summer Irrigation System and full access to Nestle In Resort which offers lock free access to Sturgeon Lake.

The site is completely enclosed within a landscaped berm. Model homes from General Coach, Northlander and Hart Housing are on-site and available for viewing.
